Sr. Analyst, Recruiting Operations – Salesforce.org

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support our Recruiting and Employee Success organization. In this role, you will work with Recruiting, Employee Success and Finance to manage headcount reporting and dashboard analytics. You will support analysis from our applicant tracking system, which includes building, editing, and updating reports and dashboards in Workday. Once reports are built, the Recruiting Ops Analyst will analyze data in Workday, Excel, or Google Sheets, and present the data to internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present strategic reports and dashboards in Workday
  • Own company-wide weekly headcount reporting and reconciliation
  • Create and present PowerPoint presentations for senior management
  • Actively seek out opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in Workday
  • Assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests
  • Improve the quality of data by recommending technology solutions
  • Become the data expert in Workday and excel

Required Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years of business analytics or finance experience
  • Experience with Workday Reporting
  • Expertise in building complex decision support models in Excel
  • Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence skills
  • Extensive experience in creating PowerPoint/Google Slide presentations for management
  • Analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset, including demonstrated ability to think creatively and be resourceful within context of financial modeling, analytics, and strategic presentations
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously and under tight timelines; flexibility to adjust on the fly to new demands; self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
  • Team player – ability to work collaboratively within the group and across functions
