What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ideation, development and launch of innovative platform solutions
  • Collaborate with central and cross functional engineering teams to get new feature shipped
  • Contribute to the shared vision of the Lodging Partner Service’s platform and drive consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Resolve dependencies with other strategic initiatives
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and create compelling business cases
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your portfolio
  • Facilitate cross-team and cross-channel partnerships on shared platforms features and ensure widespread adoption of your products.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or equivalent.
  • 6+ years software product management experience
  • Proven ability to drive focus and prioritize in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working on complex back-end platform products with deep understanding of their technical architecture
  • Understanding and exposure to data models, machine learning features, web services and API
  • Ability to discuss complex technical concepts simply, address trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing in a matrix environment
  • Experience delivering technology products in mission critical services
  • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
