Global Mobility and Immigration is a strategic enabler of how ServiceNow attracts, deploys, and retains world-class talent globally. As Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Immigration, you will lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of ServiceNow’s US immigration programs while partnering with our global mobility leadership on cross-border workforce solutions.
You will work closely with Global People leadership, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, Legal, Tax, Finance, and business leaders to develop scalable U.S. immigration solutions that enable business growth while balancing employee experience, operational excellence, and compliance.
This role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence – building scalable programs while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day realities of supporting a large US workforce. We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader who leverages AI-powered tools, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and scale immigration programs.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $133,600 – $233,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
