RH Area Specialist

Description

We are looking for a Ride Hailing Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating key business metrics to provide practical business oriented and actionable recommendations, coordinate multi-disciplinary groups and guarantee superior execution during rollouts and initiatives. This role requires a willingness to perform on-site operations and handle negotiations with outside partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze core business KPIs daily to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
• Develop and test data-driven hypotheses to improve overall business performance.
• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate and negotiate new initiatives & launchings with key internal & external stakeholders
• Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention by acting on feedback and service gaps.
• Conduct fieldwork, market research, and customer interviews to stay informed on local market dynamics.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Capable of decompose big series of data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid track record of managing negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or similar background.
• Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
• Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements.
• Experience in ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
