Junior Loyalty Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Loyalty Support Specialist to support and develop our loyalty program: working with promo codes and marketing campaigns, helping improve customer experiences, and partnering with marketing, support, and development teams. You’ll combine communication, problem-solving, and basic technical skills to keep processes running smoothly and contribute to new loyalty features and initiatives.

Job responsibilities

• Handle requests in the Slack channel related to promo code creation and other marketing campaigns.
• Support first-line support colleagues with questions regarding the loyalty program and promo codes.
• Participate in the development of the loyalty program: collect feedback, suggest improvements, and contribute to the implementation of new features.
• Communicate with other teams (marketing, support, development).
• Prepare reports on the channel’s status and activities using spreadsheets.
• Manage simple projects: clarify requirements and drive tasks to completion.
• Perform validation of self-registered partners in specific regions according to established procedures.
• Answer partners’ questions in the email channel and perform follow-up calls about existing offers.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
• Readiness to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Language proficiency: Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
