Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Manager for our Cyprus office, who will be a part of our current HR team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. This is a great opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact on our growing team that develops top-notch products.
Responsibilities:
– Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;
– Coordinating adaptation and performance;
– Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones;
– Advising management on personnel management issues;
– Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees;
– Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;
– Organising corporate and social events;
– Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;
– Supervising health and safety policies.
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;
– Managerial skills;
– Great interpersonal and communication skills;
– Russian language is a must;
– Very good command of the English language;
– Good command of the Greek language will be a strong advantage;
– Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;
– Computer Skills.
