We are looking for a Director of Product Management to identify and lead product-led partnership opportunities across the security and risk ecosystem. You will set the product strategy for how ServiceNow partners with security and risk vendors, platforms, and service providers to deliver more value to customers than either could alone. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and executive-level influence. You will be the senior product leader and the internal authority on where these partnerships create the most value.
The ecosystem is broad and changing quickly, so this role is defined by a mandate rather than a fixed list of partners. You will evaluate where partnerships make sense, decide where to go deep now versus defer, and bring a clear product rationale to the decisions. You will partner closely with the security business unit, engineering, product marketing, business development, channel team, and sales to define and execute partnership strategy, track milestones, and measure results for ServiceNow and our customers.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $221,200 – $387,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust. Work personas (flexible, remote, or required in office) are categories that are assigned to ServiceNow employees depending on the nature of their work and their assigned work location. Learn more here. To determine eligibility for a work persona, ServiceNow may confirm the distance between your primary residence and the closest ServiceNow office using a third-party service.
