Marketing at ServiceNow is evolving — from a function run purely on campaigns and creative to one run like a business, with the discipline, systems, and strategic partnership of a true Chief of Staff function. The Chief of Staff, Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations leads that evolution.
This role sits at the intersection of two disciplines: the classic Chief of Staff mandate — extending the CMO’s reach, running the Office of the CMO, and ensuring the leadership team operates in lockstep — and the operational rigor of a Marketing Strategy & Operations leader who owns the planning rhythm, performance systems, and business infrastructure that connect strategy to execution.
You’ll lead the business of marketing: bringing structure where there’s complexity, focus where there’s noise, and follow-through where it matters most. You’ll partner with the CMO and the leadership team to connect strategy to execution, run the operating model, and deliver results that move the business forward. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CMO, built for someone who thrives on clarity, scale, and performance — and who can operate equally as a trusted strategic advisor and a hands-on operator.
