Account Manager VIP Department

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

Tasks

• Conduct proactive outreach to potential and existing VIP clients through calls, written communication, and internal CRM tools
• Promote company products and services to high-value clients
• Apply effective negotiation techniques to convert leads into long-term customers
• Develop and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction and retention
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships as a trusted advisor
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities for growth and engagement
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Thai
• Proven experience in the financial industry, preferably in sales, account management, or business development
• High level of responsibility and professionalism when working with VIP clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Result-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
