I’m a Data and Reporting Analyst with an MSc in Data and Computational Science from University College Dublin and experience in business, financial and BI reporting across Ireland and India.
At Heart Rhythm Ireland, I extracted, cleaned and analysed large datasets from our CRM, Snowflake, Azure and finance systems using SQL, Python and advanced Excel. I reconciled sales and payment data with Finance so every report was accurate, built Tableau and Power BI dashboards from scratch, and prepared regular and ad hoc reports on revenue, costs, margins and growth for management. I also automated our recurring reporting, which cut manual work by 60%.
Before that, I worked as a Technical Consultant at Technobind, analysing large datasets for enterprise clients, including financial services firms. In my current role at Teleperformance Ireland, I track performance metrics every day and have kept a quality score above 90% every month, with 8 perfect audits in a row.
