As a Scaled Engagement Manager at Databricks, you will be the operational engine of our high-growth Meetings at Events program. You will report to the Senior Director of Executive Engagement within the Sales Go-to-Market (SGTM) organization, and work alongside the Meetings Program Lead, who sets the overall strategy and executive motion. You’ll own day-to-day execution across first- and third-party events, including meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the day-to-day execution of a massive global program, partnering with operations contractors who will support you in executing tool builds, tracker upkeep, and venue logistics.
