Description

We’re hiring an Office Coordinator to own the daily operations of our New Cairo office — from vendor and supplier management to internal office experience and light financial administration. You’ll be the go-to person for a smooth, well-run, and welcoming workspace, working closely with local teams, contractors, and the global operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Office & vendor management

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations
  • Track stationery needs and purchase consumables, cleaning products, and office supplies
  • Supervise cleaning, maintenance services, and third-party suppliers
  • Coordinate repairs and technical maintenance of premises and equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships: price coordination, requests, and invoice settlement
  • Maintain documentation and archive receipts and contractor agreements

Office experience & internal operations

  • Maintain cleanliness and order across work areas and common zones (kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms)
  • Organize coffee points and manage supplies (water, coffee, tea, snacks)
  • Maintain the branded office environment — signage, visual identity, relaxation areas
  • Welcome guests and couriers, and provide short office tours

Team support & communication

  • Respond promptly to employee requests
  • Liaise with managers, technical teams, and contractors
  • Organize small office events (birthdays, welcome days, internal activities)
  • Support employee experience initiatives, including office comfort surveys

Financial administration

  • Prepare expense reports (Google Sheets, presentations, etc.)
  • Monitor the office procurement budget
  • Identify cost-efficient suppliers and optimization opportunities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar office coordination/administration role (advantageous, not required)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A friendly, people-oriented mindset with strong customer-service instincts
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Confident with Google Workspace and quick to pick up new tools
  • English: B2 or above (required) · Arabic: proficient (required)

Final benefits may vary depending on the location.
