Communication Graphic Designer

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for a communication designer who does not just make banners, but thinks in visual language — from 3D illustrations to branding.

Tasks

• Develop creatives for advertising platforms (Emails, Instagram, Facebook, ASO (Appstore, Google Play and alternative stores, etc.)
• Create and adapt 3D illustrations for social media
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity
• Collaborate closely with the copywriter and SMM manager
• Optimize and automate routine design tasks
• Animate and fully manage stories content

Requirements

• Confident proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong skills in AI-powered tools (Midjourney, Recraft, Krea, etc.)
• Excellent UI skills (component creation, tech support, Figma variables)
• Preparing visuals for landing pages
• Understanding of color correction, retouching, and object editing
• Knowledge of lighting physics, perspective, and collage creation
• Strong typography skills and experience working with grid systems
• Understanding of layout principles: web limitations, dark mode, animation formats
• English level B1 or higher
• Fully remote work or hybrid in cities where we have an office

Nice to have

• Blender skills
• Experience in branding and visual system development
