Our advanced Customer Experience Intelligence platform uses innovative AI to continuously analyse customer feedback, helping clients make data-driven decisions and elevate their service.

We’re seeking a dynamic Global Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

👉 What you’ll be doing

You’ll be playing a key role in prospecting and qualifying enterprise opportunities within Chattermill’s defined Enterprise ICP. This means you will:

• Identify, research, and prioritise enterprise target accounts (with $1bn+ revenue) across Europe, the UK, and North America.
• Build and execute tailored, multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, video) aimed at senior leaders in CX, Product, Insights, and Voice of Customer roles.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against both our ICP and non-ICP criteria.
• Book and progress qualified meetings, ensuring a smooth handoff and maintaining an accurate pipeline in HubSpot.
• Develop strong knowledge of our solution, target customers, and the competitive landscape to engage confidently with enterprise stakeholders.
• Continuously iterate and refine your messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting strategy based on conversion data and insights.

🧰 What you’ll need

• 6 – 12 months’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Coachable mindset, eager to learn and apply feedback quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable engaging prospects across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Commercial curiosity with a natural ability to understand customer pain points and clearly communicate value
