Intuit’s Finance team drives business growth and profitability through strategic, financial and operational leadership. Our team is comprised of finance, accounting, supply chain, corporate strategy & development and tax professionals that support and enhance Intuit’s operating efficiencies.

This is a functional role (not an IT position) in the Finance Enterprise Business Systems (FEBS) group that reports into the Finance organization. The FEBS team drives enablement of key Financial systems priorities partnering across various finance functional groups – primarily Corporate Accounting, International Accounting, Source to Pay, Order to Cash, and Supply Chain. FEBS engagements include ERP implementations, internally developed systems and platforms as well as SAAS tools. The Group Manager will lead the FEBS Money Movement team delivering new platform capabilities, production support and reports development in service to the financial integrity and financial operations of Intuit’s money movement platforms and offerings


  • Lead team of process architects delivering Finance requirements, use cases, business process flows, test cases, test execution and traceability to Finance requirements. This would be in support of new platform development across all of Intuit’s money movement offerings. – Payments, Payroll, Quickbooks Capital and Sales Tax
  • Lead team that supports Finance impacting production incidents in the money movement domain (triage, incident management, resolution, testing, metrics)
  • Lead team responsible for reporting and analytics in support of Financial operations related to money movement (Finance reconciliation, exception reporting, close reporting etc)
  • Partner with platform product management and product development teams to shape the roadmap to defragment and modernize our money movement platforms (built using centralized services) and continually add capabilities in service to the customer benefit
  • Partner with technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives timely and with quality in support of the go forward strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with the Business Unit and technology teams to deliver solutions that enable business goals.
  • Leading and developing team members to become a high performing organization that thinks and operates with end-to-end ownership of deliverables


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years in a management role.
  • 10+ years overall experience in Financial systems and platforms with a focus on payments related products (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, Intuit payments)
  • Deep knowledge of Financial domains, especially Accounting and Reporting, in a SAAS environment
  • 5+ years overall experience with analytics and business intelligence: requirements analysis, data warehousing, ETL, BI tools, analytics.
  • Proven leadership, change management, and process management skills
  • The ability to multi-task across concurrent projects is essential.
  • Envisioning the future and driving the long term strategy and roadmaps that address business needs, technology trends, and IT ecosystem requirements
