This cross-functional, high-performing team serves as a center of excellence for the company and includes experts across experience design, strategic content, experiential learning, event production, experiential marketing, and more.

We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned professional to oversee the strategy and execution of some of our most important internal events as well as our company presence at key industry events. This is a high-visibility role, enabling you to collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while also being hands-on in bringing every event to life. You will primarily focus on amplifying our engineering culture across our global offices (about 6000 engineers), as well as help establish Intuit as an excellent Tech company externally. This role reports to the Director of Events.

Responsibilities

  • Execute wow experiences on a portfolio of key events for the company that deliver on objectives and goals, while staying within budget.
  • Work with leadership and stakeholders to establish plans for each event and keep them appropriately informed to ensure they have confidence in the projects.
  • Effectively manage resources to deliver against competing event schedules and play a key role in the day-to-day operations and execution as well.
  • Own relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors to ensure best-in-class work is consistently delivered.
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact and value of the events based on the goals outlined for each.
  • Stay ahead of the latest experiential best practices, approaches, innovations and technologies in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Have 10+ years experiential or event management work, leading internal and external initiatives and executing experiences end-to-end.
  • Be data-driven with the ability to demonstrate how events align with and make an impact on the overall business and marketing strategy of a global organization.
  • Proven expertise in leading complex, global programs. Record of accomplishment of scaling and expanding programs/campaigns successfully.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence at all levels of the organization—from executives to associates.
  • Operate well in an environment of rapid change, tight deadlines, limited resources and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
