Sales Operations Director: Demand Generation
The Global Sales Operations team is hiring Sales Operations Director to represent the Sales organization globally in all operational systems and processes for Demand Generation on the Cloud. The role will include end to end operational management of the Demand Gen for Sales, ensuring the infrastructure supports today’s model and is enhanced to manage the future evolution of the business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business, sales or sales operations. Previous experience in managing large cross-divisional projects, driving process change, systems implementation, and other programs in Sales is a strong plus. This individual should have a strong background in influencing and coordinating across numerous organizations. Strong communication and presentation skills at business, operational and executive levels are required. The ability to define, manage and execute business transformations and improvements, as well as the ability to triage requirements from the field will be critical. Excellent project management – driving technical and process projects with quickness and accountability.
