Entry-Level Recruiter job in the Denver Tech Center (DTC)

 

Summary

Modis is looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our large National Recruiting Team in the Denver Tech Center. Training

This position is intended to be entry-level. It’s perfect for recent grads or someone looking to break into the staffing industry from a sales, customer service, HR, or enrollment advisor background. When you first begin this role, you will be enrolled in a comprehensive Recruiter 101 training program to teach you the skills necessary to perform this role effectively. We’ll partner with you to ensure you fully understand the ins-and-outs of how recruiters operate, teaching you everything from candidate sourcing, negotiation, professional resume writing, leveraging motivations, interfacing with clients, applying standard human resources (HR) concepts, using industry-standard tools, and much more.

 

Job Description

Match job seekers to positions available with our Fortune 500 accounts. This is our National Recruiting Office and our recruiters work with some of our largest clients and hire for jobs located across the United States. The day-to-day responsibilities are primarily focused on phone interviews with job seekers and email conversations with prospective candidates.

 

Responsibilities after training

  • Recruiting and Sourcing talented job applicants using job boards such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Bullhorn, Textkernel, and others
  • Negotiating pay rate and discussing details of jobs with prospects
  • Submitting qualified people to your clients for consideration
  • Negotiating with account managers and customers to get your job seekers hired
  • Performing market research and analytics

 

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – Ideally a people-person
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Sales, customer service, or prospecting desired
  • Hard work mentality and the ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
