The Marketing Development team works closely with the Marketing team at large as well as other teams to provide services, support, and solutions for web-based technologies. As a QA Analyst, half of your responsibility will be to develop, oversee and maintain test scripts and procedures. In addition, you will serve as the first support contact for our several web properties resolving tier 1 publisher and user issues.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or equivalent) or related work experience.
  • 2-3 years of Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering experience in testing web sites and applications.
  • Experience collaborating with business partners and developers on improvements.
  • Fielding support/change requests from external and internal customers
  • Driving resolution for support/change requests and advancing to developers as appropriate.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing systems.
  • Crafting, developing, & executing manual testing using RainforestQA.
  • Experience with testing tools such as RainForestQA, Selenium, Cucumber, BrowserStack or similar.
  • Experience building automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
  • Interpreting test results and failures to determine actionable improvements.
  • Documenting test cases and building/maintaining a test library.
  • Proficient in using RainforestQA, Selenium, BrowserStack and other similar testing tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Creative and independent thinker.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a reciprocal team environment.
  • Experienced with Agile/Scrum as a project methodology for web/software development.
