Come join Intuit as part of the HR team as an HR Director, Functions. Your focus will be on talent strategy, executive coaching and development, transformational change, safe and inclusive work environment and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional CEO staff leaders including the CMO, Product + Design Leader and Head of Corporate Strategy & Development and their leadership teams to define the right org design for the future to align with the business strategy.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the business strategy to identify the right skills and capabilities of the future. Build a plan to hire, develop and retain the talent needed to deliver the business strategy
  • Develop a high performing organization and strong leadership bench
  • Proactively identify and drive improvements to large scale organizational effectiveness
  • Partner with our central teams to accelerate adoption of HR solutions to drive transformational change, build leadership capability and drive engagement
  • Drive improvement in key employee performance metrics, including Employee Engagement, Internal Mobility, Regrettable Losses and Manager Capability.
  • Drive successful organizational change and help coach leaders and teams to be successful at Change Leadership
  • Drive HR related Operating Mechanisms, including High Performing Organizational Reviews and the employee engagement survey process
  • Grow and develop your team of HR Business Partners
  • This position reports into the Vice President, HR and is located in Mountain View, CA.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role partnering with officers and executives
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and lead effectively across organizational boundaries and to Live and Lead through Intuit’s Values
  • Strong business and technology acumen—able to quickly learn the business and make talent and org decisions which impact business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights
  • Experience designing organizational structures to support business strategy
  • Able to assess, diagnose and improve leadership and team capabilities, at senior levels.
  • Proven experience identifying and driving change, and building this capability in others
  • Experience building org and talent plans to identify and execute against current and future talent needs
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strong judgment and decisionmaking skills
