About Our Team :
eBay is seeking an expert marketing professional to design and drive the CRM Retention & Reactivation strategy.

 

We are looking for a great teammate who has a real passion for understanding consumer behavior, identifying actionable insights, and utilizing these to build a customer-centric marketing strategy.

 

You will work in partnership with CRM Analytics team to focus on our Churned and About to Churn lifecycle audiences, tracking customer-level metrics that indicate eBay customer retention and reactivation performance. You will also partner with the Insights teams to get a deep understanding of why customers churn from eBay and identify ways to address those problems. As CRM Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for crafting the overall CRM strategy for Retention and Reactivation and work across teams facilitate execution.

 

Outside of CRM, you will also be responsible for engaging with partner teams in local markets and within the Product organization to ensure that eBay has a consistent approach to Retention and Reactivation across customer touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Reactivation and Retention Strategy for CRM and represent this within the wider organization
  • Work with analytics mine & derive customer insight to support strategy
  • Build roadmap to addresses insights across CRM, Marketing and Buyer Growth teams
  • Support Incentives Product team in creating Incentives vision & roadmap, ensuring in line with broader Reactivation & Retention strategy
  • Design & launch non-coupon CRM tests for Reactivation and Retention.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, agency or consulting roles
  • Innovative and creative thinking and ability to make quick, fact-based decisions
  • Strong communicator that can effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders, partners and development teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, planning and project management skills
  • Experience in working with data to mine customer insights.
